Summary
This study aims to discover and understand new genetic disorders that cause the immune system to malfunction. Researchers will evaluate up to 500 adults and children with unexplained immune problems, as well as their family members, by reviewing medical records and collecting samples like blood or saliva. The goal is to identify the genetic causes of these conditions to improve future diagnosis and treatment, but no experimental treatments are being tested in this study.
