Summary

This study tests a radioactive drug (lutetium-177) alone or with hormone therapy in 49 men with a type of prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone treatment but has not yet spread to other parts of the body on scans. The goal is to see if the treatment can lower PSA levels and delay the cancer from spreading. Participants must continue hormone therapy to keep testosterone low.
