New drug combo aims to ease severe muscle weakness

Summary
This study tests whether adding empasiprubart to the standard treatment efgartigimod can further improve symptoms in people with a specific type of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). About 70 adults who still have partial symptoms despite efgartigimod will receive the combination therapy. The main goals are to check safety and see if the add-on drug helps with daily activities like talking, chewing, and breathing.
