New combo therapy targets rare sinus cancer in adults

Summary
This study tests a treatment plan for adults with a rare cancer of the nasal and sinus cavities called rhabdomyosarcoma. The plan includes chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. The goal is to see how well the tumor shrinks and how long people live without the cancer getting worse. About 43 people who have not been treated before will take part.
