Pregnant women needed for antibiotic safety study

Summary
This study looks at how the antibiotics ceftriaxone and benzathine penicillin G behave in the bodies of pregnant women. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood during different trimesters and check for side effects. Up to 78 pregnant women and about 22 of their infants will take part at U.S. sites. The goal is to find the right doses to safely treat infections during pregnancy.
