Summary
This study tests a new treatment for children and teens with high-risk Hodgkin lymphoma. It combines the targeted drug Adcetris with standard chemotherapy and, if needed, radiation. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors faster and reduce the need for radiation therapy. About 77 participants with stage IIB, IIIB, or IV disease are being enrolled.
