Summary

This study is testing whether a program run by nursing and exercise science students is practical and acceptable for improving frailty in older adults living in nursing homes. The 12-week program includes physical activity and other support. Researchers will measure if participants stick with the program and if it helps with strength, balance, fear of falling, and overall well-being.
