Summary

This study tests a new device (MIA-T) to repair a severely leaky tricuspid heart valve without open-heart surgery. It includes 600 people with severe tricuspid regurgitation who are at high risk for surgery. The goal is to see if the device improves survival, reduces hospital stays, and avoids major complications.
