Summary

This study tests a 6-month lifestyle program for adults 60 and older who have a higher risk of dementia. The program includes nutrition advice, exercise, brain games, and social activities. Half of the 80 participants will follow a structured program with a coach, while the other half will do it on their own. The goal is to see if the program improves overall healthy habits and brain health.
