This trial tests whether a wrist-hand rehabilitation robot that uses both brain and muscle signals can help people with chronic stroke recover better than one using muscle signals alone. Forty-eight participants will receive 20 training sessions with the robot, which provides electrical stimulation and robotic assistance.
