Music and brain games on a treadmill: a new path for stroke recovery?
NCT ID NCT06000644
Summary
This study tested different ways to help people who had a stroke more than six months ago. Researchers wanted to see if adding music with a steady beat or brain-training games to treadmill walking could help people walk more smoothly and think more clearly, especially when doing both at the same time. Eighty participants were split into four groups to try different combinations of these activities for four weeks to find the most helpful approach.
