Electric suit helps stroke survivors relearn to walk

NCT ID NCT07218107

Summary

This study tested a new wearable suit that uses mild electrical stimulation to help people with chronic stroke walk better. Four participants completed a 4-5 week training program to see if the suit made walking easier, less tiring, and more balanced. Researchers measured how far and fast people could walk before and after the training to see if the suit helped.
