New stroke injection aims to boost recovery

Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called HRS-7450 can help people recover better after a recent ischemic stroke. It will involve 208 adults who had stroke symptoms start between 4.5 and 24 hours ago. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the real injection or a placebo to compare safety and how well they recover over 90 days.
