Race against time: does faster stroke drug delivery lead to better recovery?

NCT ID NCT06472921

Summary

This study tested whether giving a stroke medication called butylphthalide very early (within 3 hours of symptoms) leads to better recovery than giving it a bit later (3-6 hours). It involved 204 adults who had just suffered a stroke. The goal was to find the best treatment window to protect the brain and improve patient outcomes.
