Summary

This study tests a new device, the SOFIA Flow 88 Aspiration Catheter, to treat acute ischemic stroke caused by a large blocked artery. About 200 adults with moderate to severe stroke will be enrolled. The goal is to safely restore blood flow to the brain using only this catheter, without extra tools or clot-busting drugs.
