New bone marrow injection aims to help severe stroke patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug called RK-4 for people who have had a severe stroke and cannot receive standard treatment to reopen blocked blood vessels. The drug is injected into the skull bone marrow daily for three days. Researchers want to see if it helps patients recover better and is safe. About 194 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part.
