First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving clot-busting drugs to stroke patients who are already taking blood thinners is safe and helps them recover better. About 260 adults who had a stroke within the last 4.5 hours and take common blood thinners will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce disability without causing dangerous bleeding in the brain.
