New stroke drug aims to stop arteries from Re-Clogging

Summary
This study is testing if a new medicine called TBO-309 is safe to give alongside standard stroke treatments. It aims to help keep blood vessels open after a clot is removed, which could prevent the artery from blocking again. The study will enroll 80 people who have just had a stroke to see if the drug causes more bleeding than expected.
