Summary
This study tested whether adding RNS60 to standard stroke treatment is safe. 83 stroke patients undergoing clot removal received either RNS60 or placebo infusion for 48 hours. Researchers monitored safety and recovery over 90 days to see if RNS60 could help reduce brain damage and improve outcomes.
