Brain scan may reveal who benefits most from stroke treatment

NCT ID NCT07299981

Summary

This study aims to understand if a specific measurement from a standard brain scan can predict how well stroke patients recover after receiving clot-busting medication. Researchers will look back at medical records and brain scans from 200 stroke patients who received this standard treatment. The goal is to see if this scan measurement helps doctors better identify which patients are most likely to benefit from the treatment.
