This study looks at whether giving clot-busting drugs to stroke patients who are already on blood thinners is safe and effective. About 260 adults who had a stroke while taking common blood thinners will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this treatment can improve recovery without causing dangerous bleeding in the brain.
