Summary
This study is testing a new handheld device designed to measure muscle stiffness (spasticity) in the arms of people who have had a stroke. The goal is to see if this tool provides a more precise and reliable measurement than the standard tests doctors currently use. The study involves 40 stroke survivors to compare the new device's readings against traditional clinical assessments.
