Jordan study seeks clues to middle east stroke epidemic

NCT ID NCT07298668

Summary

This study aims to understand why strokes are so common in the Middle East by examining the health profiles of 2000 Jordanian stroke patients. Researchers will check how many patients had four key risk factors: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or smoking. The goal is to gather information to help prevent future strokes by comparing these patterns to data from Western countries.
