Which leg workout helps stroke patients walk better?

Summary
This study looks at whether doing leg exercises with one leg at a time or both legs together, along with visual feedback, helps stroke survivors improve balance, walking, and feeling in their legs. About 50 people who had a stroke more than 3 months ago will take part. They will exercise 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks.
