New study tests which exercise helps stroke patients regain balance

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two physical therapy exercises works better for helping people recover after a stroke. Researchers will compare core-strengthening trunk exercises with balance-focused tilt training. About 44 stroke survivors will participate to see which method improves their balance, mobility, and ability to do daily tasks.
