Can watching videos help stroke patients walk again?
NCT ID NCT06501014
Summary
This study tested if adding a 'watch then do' exercise program to standard stroke rehab helps patients improve their walking and balance. Researchers compared 30 chronic stroke patients who either did standard exercises alone or also watched videos of exercises before performing them at home. The goal was to see if this action observation approach leads to better recovery outcomes.
