This study looked at 54 chronic stroke patients to see which physical therapy method—Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) or Modified Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (mCIMT)—works better for improving leg function, balance, and quality of life. Participants were adults aged 45-75 with mild to moderate disability. The goal is to give therapists clear evidence on the best approach to help stroke survivors regain independence.
