This study looked at 54 people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and had mild to moderate leg weakness. Researchers compared two physical therapy methods—Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Modified Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (mCIMT)—to see which one better improves leg movement, strength, and daily life. The goal is to help therapists choose the best approach for recovery.
