First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether a specific type of leg exercise program (called PNF) can improve balance, walking, and daily life in people who have had a stroke. Forty adults who can walk with or without help will be randomly assigned to either the PNF program or standard physical therapy. The goal is to see if this approach helps them move more easily and feel more independent.
