Can a light show in your goggles help stroke patients regain balance?
NCT ID NCT07424105
Summary
This study is testing whether a therapy called optokinetic stimulation—which uses moving visual patterns—can help stroke patients who have spatial neglect. Spatial neglect makes people unaware of one side of their body and space, which harms balance and daily activities. Researchers will measure if this visual therapy improves patients' awareness and stability.
