Which walking workout best helps stroke survivors recover?

Summary
This study compares three different high-intensity walking training programs to see which one best helps people recovering from a stroke improve their balance, walking speed, and endurance. About 20 adults in inpatient rehabilitation will be randomly assigned to one of the programs. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce walking disability after a stroke.
