Can multitasking exercises help stroke survivors walk better?
NCT ID NCT07209982
Summary
This study compared two physical therapy approaches for stroke survivors with long-term weakness on one side of the body. Researchers tested whether practicing walking and balance while doing a second task (like counting or carrying an object) works better than practicing walking and balance alone. The goal was to find which method helps people better manage real-world activities that require multitasking.
