Summary

This study looks at whether adding rhythmic music to corrective exercises can improve balance, walking, and quality of life in people who have had a stroke. The researchers will work with 32 adults aged 40 to 60 who have weakness on one side and trouble walking. Participants will do special exercises timed to music, and their progress will be measured with walking tests and a quality-of-life survey.
