Could a magnetic field device boost stroke recovery?

Summary

This study tests a device that uses frequency-tuned electromagnetic fields to help people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago improve arm function. About 25 adults aged 18-80 with moderate arm weakness will use the device in clinic and at home for 3 months. The goal is to see if it is safe and improves arm movement.
