Precision brain targeting tested to boost stroke recovery
NCT ID NCT07284017
Summary
This study is testing whether using a special navigation system to precisely target a brain stimulation treatment helps people recover arm movement after a stroke better than the standard method. It will involve 30 people who had a stroke within the last 2 weeks to 6 months. Participants will receive magnetic brain stimulation for two weeks, with half getting the guided treatment and half getting the standard approach, to see which leads to better movement recovery.
