Zapping the brain to help stroke survivors walk and think better

NCT ID NCT07356687

Summary

This study is testing whether a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can boost the benefits of a special training program for people who have had a stroke. The training involves practicing walking while doing mental tasks, like counting or remembering a list. Researchers want to see if this combined approach helps people walk more safely and think more clearly during everyday activities.
