Mindfulness added to muscle therapy tested for stroke recovery

Summary

This study is testing whether adding mindfulness exercises to standard muscle stimulation therapy helps people recover from a stroke. It will involve 60 stroke patients aged 50-65. One group will receive muscle stimulation plus mindfulness, while the other receives only muscle stimulation, to see if the combination better improves breathing, physical function, and stress levels.
