First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding mindfulness exercises to standard neuromuscular stimulation can improve lung function, physical abilities, and stress levels in people recovering from a stroke. 60 stroke patients aged 50-65 will be split into two groups: one gets both treatments, the other gets stimulation alone. Researchers will measure breathing, stress, and daily function to see if the combination works better.
