Brain blood flow monitoring may predict stroke recovery
NCT ID NCT07556068
First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether measuring how well the brain controls its own blood flow during a stroke procedure can help doctors know early if the treatment will lead to a good recovery. About 129 adults with severe strokes will be monitored during a clot-removal procedure and followed for 90 days. The goal is to find a way to quickly identify patients who may not benefit from treatment, so doctors can adjust care sooner.
