First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a simple CT scan measurement, called net water uptake, can help predict recovery in people who receive clot-busting treatment for stroke. Researchers will review the medical records of 200 stroke patients from multiple hospitals. The goal is to see if this marker can tell doctors which patients are likely to do well and which may have complications.
