Mindfulness boosts stroke rehab, new study suggests

Summary
This study tests whether adding mindfulness exercises to standard neuromuscular stimulation can improve lung function, physical abilities, and stress levels in stroke survivors. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 50-65 who have had a stroke. One group will receive both treatments, while the other gets only the muscle stimulation.
