Summary
This study tested whether combining a mental rehearsal technique (motor imagery) with specific physical trunk exercises could improve balance and mobility in people recovering from a stroke. It involved 30 participants who were a few months post-stroke and could sit and stand with some assistance. Researchers measured changes in posture, balance, and the ability to perform daily movements.
