New exercise program aims to help stroke survivors regain their balance

Summary
This study is testing a specific type of knee-strengthening exercise to see if it can improve balance and body awareness in people recovering from a stroke. Researchers will work with 34 stroke survivors to measure changes in their stability and sense of limb position. The goal is to find better rehabilitation methods to help improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls.
