Summary

This study is testing whether adding the drug tirofiban soon after standard clot-busting treatment helps people recover better from a stroke. It will involve over 1,000 adults who have just had a stroke and received the standard treatment. The goal is to see if this additional drug leads to better movement and function with an acceptable safety profile.
