Summary

This study is testing whether a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation device can help people recover arm and hand movement after a recent stroke. 50 participants with severe arm weakness will receive either real or fake stimulation alongside their normal rehab therapy. The goal is to see if this gentle electrical stimulation can help the brain heal and improve daily function.
