Summary
This study is testing a specific set of exercises aimed at improving core strength and balance in people recovering from a recent stroke. It will compare a new combination of pelvic and core exercises to standard trunk exercises. The goal is to see which approach better helps patients regain stability and control in their torso, which is important for daily activities and preventing falls.
