Brain-Reading device could personalize stroke therapy
NCT ID NCT07088107
Summary
This study is testing a new brain stimulation system designed to help people recover arm and hand movement after a stroke. The system uses a special cap to read brain activity in real time and then delivers precisely timed magnetic pulses to stimulate the brain. Researchers will first test the system's accuracy in healthy adults, then evaluate whether it improves movement and brain function in stroke survivors.
