Race to stop the next stroke: major trial tests two drug combos

Summary

This study aims to find the better blood-thinner combination to prevent a second stroke in people who just had a minor stroke or TIA. It will compare two different drug pairs, both taken with aspirin, over 90 days in 900 participants. The main goal is to see which combination is more effective at preventing another stroke and which has fewer serious bleeding risks.
