Summary
This study aims to create a reliable Turkish version of a questionnaire that measures how stroke patients experience their treatment and self-management tasks after returning home. Researchers will enroll 170 adults who had a stroke and have been home for at least one month. They will translate the questionnaire, have patients fill it out twice, and compare the results to other standard surveys to see if it works well.
