New injection could loosen stiff arms after stroke

Summary
This study is testing whether an enzyme injection called hyaluronidase can reduce muscle stiffness and improve arm movement in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare the injection to a placebo (saltwater) in 56 participants with moderate to severe arm stiffness. The goal is to see if the treatment helps people move their arms more easily and perform daily tasks better.
